We do not accept returns. We offer replacement only if the product is damaged in transit. Please report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility
A replacement is approved only when:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You report within 48 hours of delivery with required proof (see below)
Note: Cosmetic dings on the outer box alone are not eligible if the product is intact.
What to send us (within 48 hours)
Email/WhatsApp the following:
- Order ID
- Photos:
- Shipping label on the box
- Outer box (all sides)
- Inner packaging (bubble wrap, fillers)
- Close-ups of the damage on the product
- Unboxing video (preferred but not mandatory) captured from the moment of opening
Keep the original packaging until we confirm the case.
What isn’t covered
- Requests after 48 hours of delivery
- Normal variations in color/finish (hand-finished items)
- Minor paint specks or size tolerance (±5–10 mm)
- Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or cleaning
- Packaging-only dents when the product is fine
Process & Timeline
- Submit the details above within 48 hours
- Our team verifies within 24–48 business hours
- If approved, we ship a free replacement of the same item/variant
- If the same variant is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar alternative or a refund to the original payment method
We may request a reverse pickup of the damaged piece or ask you to dispose it safely—follow the instructions we provide.
